Consent has been granted to build a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom house with double reception room, dining room, kitchen and dining terrace with a swimming pool.  The proposed basement garage, as indicated on the plan, could alternatively function as a family room, staff accommodation or 5th bedroom and a double/triple garage (as required) could be constructed beneath the pool terrace.  The house will consist of 305m² of accommodation, excluding terraces.  The house is designed to have both sea and valley views from both living rooms, terraces and from the master bedroom.  Guest bedrooms have garden and valley views at swimming pool level.

Floorplans

Floor plans of the proposed house and garden layout are available below. On the adjoining land (a Green Zone which cannot be built on) there are overhead power cables.  These have been buried on the next door housing development and it has been agreed that these will be buried and the pylon removed as a precondition of the sale.  These works will be carried out simultaneously with the ground works for the construction of the house to preclude any damage to the cables by subsequent excavations.  The cost of the burial of the cables will be borne by the vendor.  There will be no access to the Green Zone strip of land from anywhere else except this plot so it could be landscaped as part of the garden, giving an extra 950m² of land.  The architect appointed has agreed to co-ordinate the necessary works.
